Once you accept our quote, we will secure a small deposit to firm up your request in our schedules and make sure that your project is locked with us.

Once you're happy with our quote, we will discuss our availability in more depth and should all be suitable we will first secure a small deposit. Before securing your deposit, we will submit a payment schedule in line with your building work so that there are no surprises. We will have drafted a contingency plan should there be any risk of uncovering potential issues - we are as transparent as possible with our payment schedule and budget allocation request.
